Apples

Yes, the plain apple we keep avoiding! These wonder fruits are extremely great fighters, are high on antioxidants, fibers, vitamin E, folic acid, and plenty other nutritious substances that protect you against some conditions related to old age, such as Alzheimer. Not to mention that they are tasty and not at all expensive. You can eat apples just as they are, or add them to salads, breakfast meals, and sweet healthy treats. As an added bonus, apples also help your brain stay free of stress.

Mango Fruits

One single mango fruit contains more than 95 percent of the needed amount of vitamin C. Eating mango will prevent you from dental troubles, its antioxidants fight cancer and heart diseases, and also help people who need to lose some weight, since it has so little calories. But here’s the thing: if you want all these benefits, you need to eat the whole fruit, including the peal, because that’s where all the good stuff are.

Sweet Potatoes

When it comes to sweet potatoes, most of us have a love-hate relationship with them. But did you know that 300 grams of sweet potatoes a week can help you prevent lung diseases, skin problems, or even prostate cancer? If you are dieting, don't add sweet potatoes to your dinners, and don\t eat them more than two or three times a week.
