TERMS AND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The information presented within these terms and conditions relates to the Teatox Australia online store, trading under Teatox Australia Pty Ltd at www.teatoxaustralia.com.
Teatox Australia may vary these terms and conditions at any stage in time by publishing a revised version of the terms and conditions on this website www.teatoxaustralia.com.
Please note that all matters relating to refunds, cancellations and address changes must be emailed immediately to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Cancellation/ Alteration of Order Terms
Teatox Australia ordinarily ships products within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). All cancellation or change of address requests must be sent within this time to be eligible for a refund or change of address. If you have already received your notification of shipment email than it is already too late.
2. Guarantee Terms
a) Teatox Australia is obliged to ensure that products are safe and meet the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the products are not grounds for a refund.
b) This guarantee covers a full refund including shipping costs should the product not meet standards for a satisfactory product. This standard is limited to correct labeling, full and complete contents of the order, integrity of the packaging and product free of contamination.
c) Teatox Australia ensures the delivery to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Teatox Australia, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
d) If the product arrives outside the given shipping timeframes this is not grounds for a refund, as Teatox Australia is not liable for local postal delays. If the product is not received within 2-7 business days for Australian Residents, or 3-12 working days for International Residents (those outside of Austrlaia) after the shipping timeframe, it is at the discretion of Teatox Australia to offer a refund of shipping costs on a case by case basis.
e) In the event that the product be deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, the product must be photographed to show evidence of the unsatisfactory condition of the product, and/ or a refund request must be issued by the customer and mailed with the corresponding product to the following address:

a) Customers have 14 days after they receive products to notify Teatox Australia of any problems with the product(s). No refund or return of the product will be issued if the product isfound to be unsatisfactory more than 14 days after Teatox Australia is satisfied the product has been delivered.
b) It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the integrity of the product and packaging if a refund is to be requested.
a) To ensure a swift response and refund the customer should immediately contact email@example.com with the order number and contents of the order.
b) If a complete refund is requested this cannot be issued between the time the package is sent and the package is received. If a refund is requested before the package is sent it can be accredited to the original Paypal account or credit card account without any fee. If a refund is requested after receiving the product and it meets satisfactory standards, no refund will be issued.
